Young Indians (Yi) is an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and a nationwide movement of young leaders committed to nation-building, leadership development, entrepreneurship, innovation, and social transformation. Founded in 2002, Yi provides a PAN-India platform for young Indians to actively contribute towards the vision of a developed and inclusive Bharat. With a strong presence across 70+ cities and a vibrant network of 8,000+ members, Yi works closely with government bodies, industry, and global institutions to drive responsible leadership and sustainable impact. Yi’s work is anchored across three core pillars: Youth Leadership, Nation Building, and Thought Leadership. Through high-impact programs and initiatives, Yi enables young leaders to collaborate, innovate, and address India’s most pressing challenges, while also grooming members for leadership roles of significance. Under Youth Leadership, Yi promotes entrepreneurship and innovation and is a proud founding member of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20 YEA) . Yi also engages youth globally through its international chapter in Singapore, learning and business missions. Through its student initiatives YUVA and Thalir, Yi engages over 21.7 lakh students, nurturing future-ready leaders. With 24 years of legacy, Yi continues to grow as a movement guided by conviction and the belief: “We Can. We Will.”
