At YSD, we collaborate with both duty bearers and rights holders to enhance the quality of life for marginalized communities, with a focus on governance and entitlements. Our interventions span vital sectors such as health, education, water, sanitation, housing, and climate change resilience. Our Stakeholders: We prioritize the needs of resource-poor and marginalized groups, particularly Dalit and Adivasi children, youth, and women, recognizing their agency in shaping their own futures. Vision:Our vision is to foster a just, equitable, and sustainable society where every individual enjoys social, economic, and democratic rights, and is empowered to realize their fullest potential with dignity. Mission:YSD is dedicated to facilitating holistic and sustainable social and economic development for marginalized communities across urban and rural Odisha. Through participatory community action and empowerment initiatives, we strive to create lasting positive change.
