Claru is a new technology company focused on improving traceability and transparency within the food supply chain using new and emerging technologies. The Cork-based team is focused primarily on identifying key business challenges within the Irish Dairy sector such as 100% Grass-Fed and GM-Free and determining technical solutions to address the same.
