When Kusha Kapila was exploring the shapewear and intimates market, she kept running into the same problem every Indian woman knows too well: everything felt designed for someone else’s body. Around that time, she met Vimarsh Razdan, an apparel genius who had spent years studying fit, fabric, and how real bodies move.
